Established in 2010, Buick Management is a Hong Kong based hospitality group with over 25 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Buick Management has lead 百樂潮州 Pak Lok Chiu Chow to become a household name for Chiu Chow cuisine in Hong Kong.
Following this success, the group has opened three separate concepts; 百樂小館Chateh and 滿樂潮州 Moon Lok Chiu Chow and 滿樂中菜Moon Lok Chinese Restaurant. The restaurants showcase the many facades and elements of Chiu Chow and Chinese cuisine.
As food and culture come hand in hand, Buick Management hopes to convey the uniqueness of Chiu Chow/Chinese food to more customers around the world through its modern interpretation of décor, ambiance and friendly service.

Buick currently has a portfolio of nine outlets and three distinguished restaurant brands: Pak Loh Chiu Chow, Chateh, Moon Lok Chiu Chow and Moon Lok Chinese restaurant. In 2012, Buick’s sister company, Ming Fat House opened the following bar and restaurants: Foxglove, Frank’s Library Mrs. Pound, Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlor and Eat Darling Eat.
